Daily maintenance and care:
Before use, liquid medium needs to be added to the low-temperature constant temperature bath first; otherwise, the heater will be damaged when powered on and working. The liquid level of the medium should be about 30mm lower than the workbench plate.
2. The selection of liquid medium in the low-temperature constant temperature bath should comply with the following principles:
a. When the working temperature is between 5 and 85℃, water is generally selected as the liquid medium.
b. When the working temperature is between 85 and 95℃, a 15% glycerol water solution can be selected as the liquid medium.
c. When the working temperature is below 5℃, alcohol or refrigerant is generally selected as the liquid medium.
After the refrigeration switch of the low-temperature constant temperature bath is turned off, there should be an interval of 10 to 20 minutes before turning it on again (depending on the ambient temperature).
4. Power supply for low-temperature constant temperature bath: 220V50Hz. The power of the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument. The power supply needs to have a good "grounding" device.
5. The low-temperature constant temperature bath should be placed in a dry and well-ventilated area, with no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument. When the working temperature of the low-temperature constant temperature bath is relatively low, be careful not to put your hands into the bath to prevent frostbite.
After the constant temperature bath is used, all switches should be turned off and the power supply should be cut off.
7. The low-temperature constant temperature bath should be regularly cleaned to keep the work surface and operation panel clean and tidy.
